This picture is from yesterday, another tech here welding in a patch to the front headlight support on the drivers side:

I was about to weld the other side, had applied some weld-thru primer and about to start welding until I realized all of the gas was used up and the tank was empty. Monday we\'ll have to reorder. Here is the passenger side after another sandblast and prime:

So I decided to do a bit of work to the trunk today instead, I got the bodywork finished and an application of 2K urethane primer surfacer applied. The dents were ground back down to the metal and filler was applied, blocksanded and primed:

The Polyuroxy was as intact as possible since it is a great metal protector. I gave it a quick sand with P320 so the 2K urethane would adhere well to it. This will need a quick block sand, final sand and then ready for paint.
