We have an old Volvo that is rusting out all over and in need of some serious attention. It is a Volvo 1800. We have a busy few weeks ahead getting this thing back on the road, here is what we have now:

At a first look, my initial game plan is:

Teardown Trim, Bumpers, Lights..etc

Grind Away Old Paint and Filler to Metal

Sandblast

Epoxy Prime the Metal

Hammer out Dents

Apply & Block Body Filler

Apply Slicksand

Block Slicksand

Apply Primer

Block and Final Sand Primer

Mask & Paint

Sand & Polish

Reassemble

Clean & Deliver
