This is a Volvo P1800 that has rusted out severely. It needs to be completely stripped, welded up and reconstructed with polyester fillers. From there a prime and paint and she'll be ready for the road.

This Corsica is sufferring from a common paint problem that affected hundreds of thousands of these vehicles. This paint failure causes the paint to peel off of the primer and requires the entire panel to be stripped. This was once covered by GM warranty.
