Looking good dill. with the tank, you dont want your paint line to go further down than the seal of the filler neck. that will just allow the vapors to attack at it constantly. to seal the paint edge take some clear 2 part jbweld and pinstripe the paint edge with it. I have heard of the clear nail polish working but i would be sceptical as acetone will remove nail polish (thats all nail polish remover is).
