US Chem have thes aerosol cans called Spraymax. they come in a large variety of pre-filled cans used for all the different paints. even water born and 2 part clears.
i wanted to try this out so after i confirmed with the paint store employee about a dozen times i bought a pint of PPG water base from them and waited while he fill it in to 4 Spraymax cans (on site as you waint). for clear i asked for the cheapest one wich was a omni 262 and filled in to 3 spraymax cans. went home, sprayed all the material and had color match problems and other sfuff, did a quick
search online and found this spray max compatability chart.
the ppg enviro base was supposed to be put in the water born can. he filled mine in to the 1k can. and the omni clear isnt even on the list.
total waste of time, money, and its going to require a lot more labor to prep and re-spray it now. you guys think im entittled to atleast replacement of the paint and even possibly the materials that i bought at that store?
im a student and get 25 percent off at that paint supply store. what do you guys think? heres the compatiablity like from spray max. it has a complete list of compatable paint and type of aerosol used.
