i stop bleeding air with 3M PPS system because when i spray, my gun can't work fine. If i don't bleeding, it's ok. Any comment about that ?

What type of gun, what pressure are you spraying with? Does it do that with all materials (base, clear, primers, etc)? Are you using the coarse or fine filter/caps?

The newer liners are a little thicker than the older ones, I believe, and so it may take a little more pressure to create the vacuum need to pull the product through. But it shouldn't make it difficult to spray...

I have never done the bleeding part. Just hook it up and spray.

I dont really think collapsing the liner is a good thing. It will restrict paint flow.

I very rarely bleed the air out too. Only when it's really necessary like painting the underside of a bumper cover or sill (rocker panel?), when the gun will be tilted right on it's side or even upside down.

I use it for Primer and basecoat. Anyway, yes i don't have to spray upside down.
