after everything is scuffed and cleaned. and base coat blend is applied for instance to a door. how should it look compared to the surrounding scuffed clear? should it not be noticable? is there anything besides clear coat that i can apply to simulate the outcome? also what are your thoughts on this technique of application?

You can use a transparent toner to give you somewhat of an idea what it will look like. His technique looked alright, looks like he's really trying to work it....can't remember ever fighting that hard with a white before....I'm sure the job looks good.
I need a better signature

He looks to be making hard work of that, especially on something so simple as white.
