Anyone have any decent pics of jigs they use for bike work. Have a Honda shadow that I have to do a color change on and it's not something we normally do but I would like to build something that I could build and keep around for future projects.

Sometimes you just have to improvise.

Somewhere I have a photo of a similar setup for doing a motorbike frame. If I find it I'll post it up.

I ended up taking some all thread rod and running it through the fenders with bolts and washers on the inside of the fenders and then bolted it to a stand, it allowed me to spin it around and get good coverage on all the edges. I hung the tank from a hook and that allowed me to paint the whole tank. Worked real good.

Made a small jig for the front of this one.

I've found it the easiest way to do them, with the back wire on the hook I can lift it off and spin or lift, drop it down for the harder parts, the devilbiss Sri works great to clear the frame :)
