Anyone have any decent pics of jigs they use for bike work. Have a Honda shadow that I have to do a color change on and it's not something we normally do but I would like to build something that I could build and keep around for future projects.

Sometimes you just have to improvise.



Somewhere I have a photo of a similar setup for doing a motorbike frame. If I find it I'll post it up.

I ended up taking some all thread rod and running it through the fenders with bolts and washers on the inside of the fenders and then bolted it to a stand, it allowed me to spin it around and get good coverage on all the edges. I hung the tank from a hook and that allowed me to paint the whole tank. Worked real good.

That looks like it worked good

I've found it the easiest way to do them, with the back wire on the hook I can lift it off and spin or lift, drop it down for the harder parts, the devilbiss Sri works great to clear the frame
